- The customer goes to their favourite store
- They notice the PromoGaming® offer in-store
- Selection of the product(s)
- Customer goes to checkout and pays
- The customer is eligible for the offer:
- If they give their email address (en caisse ou sur son compte client), il recevra son ticket de jeu personnalisé par email
- If they don’t give their email address but still want to participate in the game, a missing information form can be filled out along with their unique transaction ID. They will then receive an email with a link to access the personalised offer.
- The customer accesses the offer by clicking on the access link in the email.
- The customer plays and finds out if they have won.
- If they win, they will immediately receive an email confirming their winnings. They then provide their bank details on a secure page.
- Lucky Cart pays the winnings via bank transfer or PayPal.
