  1. The customer goes to their favourite store
  2. They notice the PromoGaming® offer in-store
  3. Selection of the product(s)
  4. Customer goes to checkout and pays
  5. The customer is eligible for the offer:
    • If they give their email address (en caisse ou sur son compte client), il recevra son ticket de jeu personnalisé par email
    • If they don’t give their email address but still want to participate in the game, a missing information form can be filled out along with their unique transaction ID. They will then receive an email with a link to access the personalised offer.
  6. The customer accesses the offer by clicking on the access link in the email.
  7. The customer plays and finds out if they have won.
  8. If they win, they will immediately receive an email confirming their winnings. They then provide their bank details on a secure page.
  9. Lucky Cart pays the winnings via bank transfer or PayPal.
