Purchasing on a mobile/tablet app
User experience
- The customer visits the merchant’s website via the app
- Customer takes into account the current PromoGaming® offer
- Selection of the product(s)
- Purchase confirmed on order confirmation page
- If the customer is eligible to play, a ‘play now’ button will appear, giving direct access to the game (via a call to action specifically made for the app)
- The game appears in full screen mode
- The customer plays and finds out if they have won
- If they win, they will immediately receive an email confirming their winnings. They then provide their bank details on a secure page.
- Lucky Cart pays the winnings via bank transfer or PayPal.
